During this time, we have gained experience. Our high standard of quality and service has remained, as we support you as a partner for your projects.

We carry this spirit with pride into the future. We want to involve not only our customers and suppliers, but also all other partners connected with our company in this.

Trust and responsibility are values that have become part of our DNA during turbulent decades. Our company and our entire team stand for a culture of listening and understanding – your demands and your satisfaction are always our top priority.

  1. Acquisition of a Rounding Machine

Our rounding machine was commissioned in 2009. It enables us to fully round the material edges upon customer request. A right-angled chamfered edge is also possible upon request. Our width range is between 10 mm and a maximum of 160 mm; beyond that, upon request. The material thickness range is 0.30 mm to 1.50 mm, depending on the hardness/strength of the material. Up to three knife stations process the material edges simultaneously. We can process coils with a maximum weight of 250 kg.

  3. Company's 100th Anniversary Celebration

The event was a special highlight for our company. With numerous guests, including loyal customers and long-standing suppliers, we were able to properly celebrate this important event at the Solingen Trade Fair. It was an opportunity not only to present our products and milestones but also to honor the people who significantly contributed to our success. The celebration included exciting presentations, looks back at the company's history, and outlooks on future projects.

  4. Commissioning of Slitting Line

With the commissioning of our slitting line, we can now respond even better to customer requests. We slit according to customer specifications in a width range from 7 mm to a maximum of 350 mm, and we cover the material thickness range from 0.20 mm to 1.50 mm (unhardened material), or 1.00 mm (hardened or hard-rolled material). The material to be slit is, if required, fully automatically coated with corrosion protection. After the slitting process, the material is coiled, optionally with an inner ring diameter of 400 mm or 500 mm. The maximum possible outer ring diameter is 1100 mm.
