General Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are, for a number of contracts, preformulated contractual clauses which one of the contractual parties (the user) sets out for the other when a contract is concluded.
The use of General Terms and Conditions is set out in section 2 of the second book of the German Civil Code (BGB), paragraphs 305 – 310.
